Folder Properties:
This menu item launches the "Folder Properties" window.
Folder Security:
This menu item launches the "Folder Security" window. Please note that only authorized users can see or edit the folder security definitions screen.
Workflow Definitions:
This menu launches the "Workflow Definitions" window for the active document library
Send To:
This menu item launches a window that allows you to e-mail the selected documents and folder to internal and external users.
Send to Workflow:
This menu item launches a window that displays a list of library wide "Workflow Definitions". You can choose from one of the items in the list and submit your document to the selected workflow.
Create Task:
This menu item launches the "Create Task" window.
Using this menu, users may assign other users tasks based on the selected documents.
Change Ownership:
This menu item launches the "Change Ownership" window.
Using this window, you may change the ownership of documents and folders.
Compact Versions:
This menu item launches the "Compact Versions" window.
Using this window, you get rid of unwanted document versions.
Set ISO Periodic Review Definition:
Using this window, you may create a scheduled process where documents are reviewed based on a set schedule by users or by a group of users in a workflow.
Import:
This menu item launches the "Import" window.
This window is subject to security, therefore; access to this menu item is restricted to the System Administrator.
Export:
This menu item launches the "Export" window.
This window is subject to security, therefore; access to this menu item is restricted to the System Administrator.
Client Add-Ins / Programs:
This menu item launches the "Client Add-Ins and Programs" window.
This window provides a list of available client-side tools such as the Import Export Tool, the MAGIQ Documents Add-in for MS Office.
The system administrator may disable this menu to prevent users from downloading and installing these programs. If you do not see this menu please ask your administrator about it.
Custom Menus:
MAGIQ Documents allows the creating of custom menu items to be added to the standard MAGIQ Documents menu. Custom menus are used to launch custom programs that can be launched from within MAGIQ Documents.
